When will they activate my account?
Activation of your account is not done by WYB. Once your bag is delivered to you the courier notifies us via the ordering system and then your bag is confirmed as delivered.
Within 1-3 days after delivery is when you should expect to see your account activated.
If your order is delivered and activation does not happen after this time period then you should contact Uber and explain that you have your bag already and that you want your account to be activated.

On the login page there will be a link "forgot my password" which will allow you to reset your password. Enter your email and follow the instructions seen there.
